Unisys, the It Services & Solutions Company, today announced its entry into the Cloud computing arena with a unique solution called ‘Unisys Secure Cloud’. With cloud computing becoming one of the hottest buzzword in the industry, every other player seems to be working on their own Cloud strategy. To differentiate its solutions from other major Cloud providers like Sun & IBM, Unisys has tied its patent pending security solution called ‘Stealth’ to its Cloud offering. The Stealth technology aims to provide multiple levels of authentication & encryption to secure data over the Unisys Cloud.
Unisys Secure Cloud, scheduled to go public on July 31st includes different flavors of Cloud like, Platform as a Service(PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas) and Software as a Service(SaaS).
